This policy explains what information NOW IT Talent collects through nowit.io, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We have kept it short because we collect very little.
Who is responsible
NOW IT Talent, a technology talent company based in Argentina. For anything related to this policy or to your data, write to agus@nowit.io.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, work email, company and message. Nothing else is requested and nothing is inferred.
Our web server keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for security purposes.
This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any tracking technology. We do not profile visitors and we do not know who visits unless you write to us.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to discuss a possible working relationship. We do not use your data for marketing campaigns and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or transfer your information to third parties. Two external services are involved in how the site works:
- Google Fonts — serves the typeface used on this site and therefore receives your IP address.
- Google Calendar — if you click "Book a call", you leave our site and their own terms apply.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for as long as the conversation is relevant, and no longer than two years from the last contact. You can ask us to delete yours at any time by writing to agus@nowit.io.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to agus@nowit.io and we will respond within thirty days. If you are in the European Union, the GDPR applies to you; if you are in Argentina, Ley 25.326 does.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
